Paradox on being busy!

I had been so busy a few weeks last month, super busy, I felt I was so efficient that I made every minute count. Then my homework load subsided gradually and I started to have a paradoxical thought. I felt I slacked and got lazy, and am wasting my time even though I had enough things to be done. I compared it to the profit that  a manufacturer  make, profit is determined by the price(value on this topic) and quantity, when you are busy the quantity increases substantially, perhaps you think you are making profit for  following reasons.
1. Your price increased and you really made profit.
2.Your price did not change but because of the additional quantity you made profit.
3.Your price now decreased, but since you have high piece-rate and  you have a quantity illusion you still think you made profit,
But whatever is your thought, you might considering one question , if I was not busy with these what would I be busy with and could these make me feel more satisfied? In economics that is the opportunity cost ,Ok, I write this much today, now I have to make my dinner...
